Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate brownie batter
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  7. Spoon brownie batter over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  11. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
