Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Slice in half and serve.
