  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, egg, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
