- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it simmers.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pot and stir well.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more chicken broth.
- Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken.
- This dish can be frozen for later use.
