Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and melted chocolate until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
