Description
Delicious bite-sized churros coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a pot, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan.
- Spoon dough into a piping bag and pipe small bites into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Remove churro bites from oil and coat in cinnamon sugar.

- Serve warm for the best taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
