Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Stir in flour and salt until it forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan.
  5. Spoon dough into a piping bag and pipe small bites into hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Remove churro bites from oil and coat in cinnamon sugar.
