Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken, sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, rice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  5. In the last 30 minutes, add shrimp and stir.
