Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Add chopped bell peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir to mix.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Can use frozen chicken breasts.
- Adjust sauce quantity to taste.
