- 2 cups cooked drumsticks, shredded
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded drumsticks, peas, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
- Fill the pie crust with the mixture.
- Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- You can use leftover chicken instead of drumsticks.
