  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in shredded drumsticks, peas, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
  7. Fill the pie crust with the mixture.
  8. Cover with another pie crust and seal the edges.
  9. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
