- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
- Drain excess fat and mix in the corn and diced potatoes.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
