A refreshing fruit salsa served with crispy cinnamon chips.
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced mixed fruits (strawberries, mangoes, kiwi)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced fruits, lime juice, and honey. Mix well.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon chips.
Notes
- Use any combination of fruits you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Store leftover salsa in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
