- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp.
- Cook shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add asparagus and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
