Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in Gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add cooked pasta and spinach to the pan.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Gochujang to control spice level.
- You can add protein like chicken or tofu.
