Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
