- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan.
- Add pineapple, bell pepper, and onion around the chicken.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
