- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup key lime juice

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Add key lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk; mix well.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
