Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, lavender, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Pour mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
