Instructions

  3. Add egg yolk and cold water; form a dough.
  4. Press dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, condensed milk, eggs, and lemon zest.
  6. Pour the filling into the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
