A refreshing dessert made with layers of lemon custard, blueberries, and whipped cream.

- 1 cup lemon curd
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup pound cake, cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Prepare the lemon curd according to package instructions.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add half of the lemon curd over the pound cake.
- Layer half of the blueberries on top of the lemon curd.
- Add half of the whipped cream over the blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with lemon zest and extra blueberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor.
- Make lemon curd a day in advance for convenience.
- Can substitute pound cake with sponge cake.
