Instructions

  2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the pound cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add half of the lemon curd over the pound cake.
  4. Layer half of the blueberries on top of the lemon curd.
  5. Add half of the whipped cream over the blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Top with lemon zest and extra blueberries.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
