- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Add sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with graham crackers.
