- 1 cup steamed broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillet with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Slice the chicken.
- Serve over rice and top with broccoli and parsley.
