Ingredients

- 1 cup rice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken fillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Add oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
