Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked macaroni and 1 cup of cheese to the meat mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour milk over the top.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
