A hearty dish combining mac and cheese with meatloaf in a single casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni and 1 cup of cheese to the meat mixture.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Pour milk over the top.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
