- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mangoes with brown sugar and lemon juice.
- Pour the mango mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the mangoes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
