Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, combine mango puree, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and baking powder.
  7. Pour the mango mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
  9. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
