Description

A light and creamy mango mousse dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Puree the mangoes until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix gelatin with water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the gelatin mixture until dissolved.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  5. Combine mango puree with the gelatin mixture.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
