Description
A light and creamy mango mousse dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Puree the mangoes until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix gelatin with water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the gelatin mixture until dissolved.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Combine mango puree with the gelatin mixture.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Can be garnished with fresh mango slices.
