- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, diced mango, honey, almond butter, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use fresh or dried mango.
- Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
