Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sago pearls
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add sago pearls.
  3. Cook until translucent, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  6. Add cooked sago and diced mangoes to the mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy.
