A refreshing dessert made with mango and sago pearls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil water in a pot and add sago pearls.
- Cook until translucent, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
- Add cooked sago and diced mangoes to the mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for sweetness.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- You can add other fruits if desired.
