A moist and creamy cake soaked in three types of milk with a hint of mango flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mango for garnish
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Combine flour and baking powder; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream with mango puree.
- Poke holes in the cooled cake and pour the milk mixture over it.
- Chill the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chopped mango before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for best flavor.
- Make sure the cake is completely cool before soaking.
- You can add more mango puree to the milk mixture for stronger flavor.
