- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 3 large egg yolks
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins.
- Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks.
- Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes until set.
- Let the pies cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh key limes for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
