Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins.
  4. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks.
  6. Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crusts.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until set.
  8. Let the pies cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
