Delicious individual Oreo cheesecake cups.

- 8 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with additional crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
Notes
- Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store in the fridge for up to three days.
