Delicious individual Oreo cheesecake cups.


Ingredients

  • 8 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with additional crushed Oreo cookies before serving.

  • Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
