Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Gently fold the passion fruit pulp and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with extra passion fruit if desired.
