Description
A light and creamy dessert made with fresh passion fruit.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe passion fruits
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the passion fruit pulp and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
- Fold in the beaten egg whites until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra passion fruit if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh passion fruits for the best flavor.
- Make sure not to overmix the egg whites.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
