A delicious layered dessert combining peanut butter and chocolate in a lasagna style.
Ingredients

- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- In another bowl, prepare chocolate pudding using milk.
- Layer chocolate graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Add half of the peanut butter mixture on top of the crackers.
- Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the second layer of crackers.
- Repeat the layers ending with chocolate pudding on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free version.
- Let the dessert set overnight for best results.
- Feel free to add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
