Description
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich using pesto.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place cheese between the unpestoed sides of the bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Melt butter in the skillet.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet, pesto side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from heat and slice in half.

- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Add tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor.
