- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with provolone and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
