Description
A twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak served as sloppy joes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with provolone cheese. Cover until melted.
- Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns. Serve hot.
