- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 package graham crackers (14.4 oz)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and crushed pineapple.
- In a dish, layer graham crackers, followed by the pineapple mixture.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with the pineapple mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pineapple for a more intense flavor.
- Can substitute walnuts with pecans or omit them.
- For a firmer dessert, let it chill overnight.
