Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
  • 1 package graham crackers (14.4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and crushed pineapple.
  4. In a dish, layer graham crackers, followed by the pineapple mixture.
  5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with the pineapple mixture on top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
