Ingredients

- 8 oz potsticker noodles
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the potsticker noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cabbage, cooking until softened.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with green onions before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust the soy sauce for desired saltiness.
