Ingredients

  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add potstickers and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onion and serve.
