Description
A quick and easy potsticker stir fry full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 package potstickers
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add potstickers and cook until golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onion and serve.

- Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
