Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add orzo pasta to the pan and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until orzo is cooked.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve salmon over orzo and garnish with parsley.
