Ingredients

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cook until they turn pink.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the seafood mixture.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
