Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  4. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in carrots, peas, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Place the meat mixture in a baking dish.
  9. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden.
