Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables soften.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  4. Add beef broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
