- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Seaweed sheets, cut into squares
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
- Sauté shrimp in a pan until cooked through.
- In a mold, layer sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
- Repeat layers until the mold is full.
- Remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve with seaweed squares.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Chill the stacks for a few minutes before serving for better structure.
