Spicy shrimp sushi stacks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines shrimp with sushi ingredients in a layered format.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Seaweed sheets, cut into squares
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
  3. Sauté shrimp in a pan until cooked through.
  4. In a mold, layer sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
  5. Repeat layers until the mold is full.
  6. Remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve with seaweed squares.

Notes

  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Chill the stacks for a few minutes before serving for better structure.
