Delicious strawberry cheesecake truffles coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add crushed strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the chocolate mixture and coat evenly.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
