Description
A delicious no-bake dessert made with layers of eclair and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk and pudding until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Spread chocolate frosting on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Allow adequate chilling time for better texture.
- Can substitute chocolate frosting with homemade chocolate sauce.
