A delicious strawberry pie made with fresh strawberries and a flaky crust.
Ingredients

- 1 pie crust
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the baked pie crust.
- Dab butter on top of the filling.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Let the pie cool completely to set properly.
