Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  7. In another bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  8. Add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture.
  9. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
