A delicious sandwich featuring turkey, Dijon mustard, and cheese, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 8 ounces of sliced turkey
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard side down.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place sandwiches in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving.
Notes
- You can use whole grain or sourdough bread for added flavor.
- Add lettuce or tomato for extra crunch.
