Description
A refreshing chicken salad with tzatziki dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Add salt, pepper, and dill to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add shredded chicken to the bowl and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita bread or on a bed of greens.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
